I try not to do too many freelance projects these days, but certain efforts catch my eye. Authors Alliance is a nonprofit that focuses on promoting independent writers, educating authors on legal and technological topics, and ensuring public access to written works. I helped kick off their first publication with the design and typesetting of a manual on the slippery subject of rights reversion, complete with all the perks of ebook publishing and a flexible template for future issues. It was released digitally in the Creative Commons and with a limited print run. Later, a second, third, fourth and fifth book were released, and once again I was called upon for the typesetting. Have a look at the full books here.
